 EMT in Estonia was the first customer of Reach-U for LBS solutions, with the Emergency E-112 solution deployed in 1999 as a joint project with Ericsson. EMT is also Reach-U’s close partner in the R&D area.Due to its long history in the LBS area and commercially successful applications portfolio, EMT is one of the most advanced operators in LBS area globally. EMT has launched the following Reach-U LBS products:
- PinPoint Mgine LBS middleware,
- Monitor asset tracking application,
- E-112 emergency used by the Estonian Rescue Service,
- FriendFinder (with WAP, SMS, Web),
- MyNearest (with WAP, SMS, Web),
- Bomber, M-Poll,
- Tourist Info.
In addition, Reach-U has developed several special applications for EMT, for example: - Falck (G4S) security application - corporate asset tracking and telematics solution combining GPS, MPS and GSM capabilities
- MobiKit car control application - telematics solution for private cars
