With more than 20 years of experience in the area of location-based and geoinformatics services, Reach-U has emerged as a key player in the location-based services (LBS) market.
Our first LBS project in cooperation with Ericsson was the deployment of E-112 solution for locating emergency callers - the first live positioning service in the world. Development of E-112 started in December 1999 and it was installed in the EMT network (TeliaSonera-owned mobile operator in Estonia) in May 2000.
Since then we have broadened our product offering and expertise in the following fields:

- Location-based advertising (MPromoter, Demograft)
- Location-based charging (ZPS)
- Consumer location based applications
- Public safety applications (Monitor Security, Civil Warning System)
- Platform applications (GIS Engine, LBS Middleware).
Reach-U applications are currently running commercially in diverse regions and commercial environments worldwide. Today there are already over 300 million subscribers in the networks of the mobile operators that have launched Reach-U applications. Fruitful cooperation with Ericsson has continued to this day with Ericsson remaining one of the main global sales and support partners for Reach-U. Reach-U and Ericsson joint solutions have been widely acknowledged within the mobile operator communities.
Reach-U employs nearly 100 highly qualified specialists. The main development and production unit is located in Tartu, Estonia, while global sales and support is provided through partners all over the world.
Holding the ISO 9001:2008 quality process certificate for software development since 2006, we pay great attention to our work quality. Two of the most important goals, being on time and high client satisfaction, are monitored wherever we operate.
Reach-U is the trademarked name of the mobile software division of Regio for offering LBS solutions worldwide. Safe ownership by private capital and balanced conservative investment strategy has given a stable financial base to the company and enables Reach-U to be profitable.
