We are looking for an out-of-the-box-thinking superstar as a Team Manager. Lot's of freedom, but also loads of responsibilities. You can lead a great team and challenging projects to do world-changing solutions on five continents.
Who are we looking for?
An intriguing character, that can lead a team, shoot out new ideas, heck, maybe even turn the existing business-model of the team on it's head! You have led big IT-projects and teams before. You need to be a people's person that can handle the most talented co-workers as well as the toughest of clients. New ideas and projects are what you eat for breakfast, lunch and dinner. And they are all served with a nice serving of teamwork.
What do we expect?
Our board wants a strong leader with a clear vision, capable of turning it all into gold. Your team members want you to be honest and open, who stands up for them before clients and the board. They need to be happy and motivated.
Our team manager has to have a previous experience as a project manager and a history in IT. You have participated in both agile and waterfall projects and you don't think traditional ways are always the best. And of course there's constant learning and becoming better every day.
Who are you?
First of all, a true leader of a group of ten young and energetic specialists. But the Team Manager is also part of the steering group of Reach-U. It consists of 5 Team Managers, a CFO and a CEO.
